Processing Time

1-3 business days for all orders

Processing time on orders is the time it takes your order to be prepared to ship. This time 
does not include shipping time. 

Business days exclude weekends (Sat-Sun) and major holidays.

 

Shipping Time

Approximately 3-8 business days

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping times are estimates and in some cases delays can occur. Once your package leaves my hands, I cannot control how fast it gets to you!

Once your order is shipped you can no longer cancel the order. However, once you receive the order you may return it and be reimbursed (please see my Return Policy for more details).


Return Policy

If you’re looking to return order for whatever reason, I'm here to help!

I offer 
returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your item(s) for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to the return and refund policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact me through the Contact page or by email at [email protected]
  2. Include your name and order number in your email. 
  3. Once approved for a return pack up the product and ship to the address provided via email (cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for normal returns)
  4. Once the item is received and inspected for good condition your refund will be issued.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me through the Contact page or by email at [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. a description of what was damaged and to what extent
  3. image(s) of the damage. It’s especially helpful to me if you can send images of damage done to packaging so I can adjust my packaging methods if necessary.

Damaged items cannot always be replaced - if the item is one-of-a-kind or is out of stock, it cannot be replaced if damaged. A full refund will be issued in this case. If a damaged item can be replaced, normal shipping policy will apply.
